The Spinning programme has been around since 1994 and has helped millions of people to lose weight, gain energy and get into the best shape of their lives. At The Weybridge Club we have a purpose built studio with music that begs your legs to pedal! With no complicated moves to learn, Spinning really is suitable for everyone!
