As a personal trainer it is my responsibility to guide and motivate my clients to achieve their goals. I choose fun, different and exciting workouts which challenge each individual and get the results they want in the quickest and most effective way.
I have always been interested in the fitness industry, starting at the age of 11 at a local Martial arts school, I developed many skills and love to share them with others and most importantly keeping fit. I have competed in Kickboxing all over the world, fighting for Team England for over 3 years. I am also a keen swimmer and enjoy rock climbing and scuba diving.
I like working with people that are committed to fitting exercise in there busy schedule and enjoy a challenge. I always try to make training fun and progressive in order to help you achieve your goals, weight management, body fat reduction, speed, power or strength training, body toning or body building, stress release or postural management.
