Our dedicated studios have been specially designed to maximise light and space to create the perfect atmosphere for your exercise class. We run over 60 specialised workout classes each week. Push yourself to the limit in one of our group spinning classes in the Cycle Studio, take a fun High Intensity class with some friends, or tone your body in a Pilates class in the Mind & Body Studio. Body Combat >

Combines punches, kicks and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines such as karate, boxing, Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do. This 1 hour non-contact but energetic routine is set to pumping music.

Body Pump >

Resistance training exercises taken from gym floor to the studio, and set to popular music. It is simple, safe and effective and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Body Sculpt >

An all over body workout using a variety of free weights and exercises to sculpt, define and challenge your body.

Bodyweight Workout >

This class is an intense workout using your own bodyweight as resistance to target your whole body. Whether you’re looking to blast away fat, strengthen and sculpt your muscles, increase your endurance levels or just want to see quick results. This is the class for you.

Boxing Blitz >

A mix of boxing and interval training methods to strengthen and condition muscles all over the body. Suitable for men and women.

Conditioning & stretch >

A fun hi-lo workout with cardio toning and boxing moves to help sculpt your body.

Core training >

Body resistance training that focuses on your abdominals and core. May use balls, bands and/or gliding discs.

Crew class >

Group class performed in the gym area on the rowing machines.  Join your team for an excellent cardio and upper body strengthening workout.

Dynamic Yoga >

A creative blend of Hatha, Asthanga and Iyengar yoga that incorporates postures, breath work and proper alignment for a meditative yet physically challenging experience.
