Reformer Pilates is a strengthening programme that is ideally placed to address the unique stresses placed on the human body by modern lifestyle. Hunched over a lap top? Rushing through the day with increasing stress? Our studio is an oasis of calm with expert instruction. Reformer Pilates uses spring tension to support and challenge the body in dynamic ways that help you tackle and finally banish muscular and postural conditions associated with these stresses. It's great as a challenging workout for the fitness enthusiast, or to aid in recovery from injury. It helps build overall strength by focusing on strength and stability in the deep abdominal muscles, as well as improving agility, balance and coordination.
